I cooked a favourite from last audience,for our regular Saturday vegan evening meal. Shepherd's Pie, or a meatless version. Heavily reliant on mushrooms, the flavours of soy,miso paste and beer make this dish.

Decided to rewatch Constantine (keanu film,not series) to embrace the occasion last night, but only after the callers had ceased as I don't enjoy interrupted viewing. Then off for a quick 6 mile hike around the streets this morning, for charidee, as ya do.

I spotted these bright scarlet Hygrocybe conica or Witch's Hats just in time,before the strimmer hit them. They've now been left alone with a wide border around them. They'll disappear soon enough,no need to hurry them along, once they've turned to black.
