When it was the Lamar Jackson trade/extension story, multiple teams gave direct statements that they weren’t interested. Min doesn’t need to vaguely leak lack of interest to Pelisseros. They can release a direct statement at any time saying “we respect Rodgers but no thanks, not a story. Go JJ”

It’s the only top 10 QB pick in the history of a franchise that hasn’t had a franchise QB since the early 70s. Give us a break 😂

They’re alluding to vague discussions about adding Rodgers. Of course it’s come up and was discussed. I think the likelier explanation for current Min QB delay is waiting to see if Atl cuts Cousins Sunday and he becomes a backup option for them
