For people with periods, I've been using the clue app @clueapp.bsky.social and I love it so much. It's helping me a lot to keep track of my feelings/flow/cycle. They have a specific setting for those trying to get pregnant or in the perimenopause, etc... highly recommend

If you follow me you should know I believe in kindness but also telling it like it is so that means I believe/know: Israel is committing a genocide by starving innocent people, ALL people in the LGBTQIA* should have equal rights and so yes that includes trans people. abortions should be legal. Etc.
