Volgens mij is het beste gewoon deze tool één keer te draaien ipv voor elke `build`-stap. Wat denk jij? Twijfel zelf een beetje.

Yeah, I added support to my little build cli so that's good. Now I just need to experiment some code-mod that would add `.js` and `/index.js` to imports :)

Tried it out. Looks good. Gitignored the .tshy* directories and I am one step closer to migrating my 100+ packages monorepo to become ESM.

Nice, checking it out. I will have a look if it bundles. I think tsup bundles and don't really care about for server-side/node packages.
