Dave, I hope your Dad, Eric, is ok in his new home. I was shocked/ surprised to see that his birthplace is so close to the Livingstone Place flat (No 18) that we briefly owned when our son Henry was at Edinburgh University (2010-2016). I guess you come across plenty of near coincidences like this...
