my roster is at 30/50 and the thing I'm afraid of more than anything is not being able to grab more turncoats to carry me when i hit the max (i presume they'll let me start dismissing guys eventually...)

there was a very obvious breather map just now after Raphas intro (which was INCREDIBLY difficult fight for me) so i actually decided to stop and sandbag on with support skills to try and let my guys get themselves some exp

I've not been doing random encounters (unless they happen while i go through the story) and I'm becoming more and more desperately underleveled, which makes taking my time a non-option lol
