Your health is obviously important, and I know that I need to find ways to be more active for my physical health. But our mental health is equally as important. Don't let your size stop you from living the life you deserve and being happy.

I don't remember a time that I haven't struggled with body dysmorphia. Even when I was 124 lbs and barely eating, all I could see was that I wasn't small enough. My face was too big. My feet were too big. I was too big.
