I’m not convinced it’s purely a UX failure. Everyone is so desperate to believe in the magic black box that I don’t think they really care about that difference. Maybe if we can have tool use be one input into a larger metric of confidence, and show that at a top level, people could start to notice?

Nice! Makes sense. I’ve been playing with Claude in various IDEs (such as windsurf), but haven’t actually brought it into Framer (which is my core design tool). I’ll have to keep that in mind. Thank you!!
