Having another @bimberdistillery.bsky.social dram tonight. This time it's the Halloween release- The Witch. Peated and 57.3%. this has strawberry and smoke on the nose, and on the palate it is sweet with a woody spiciness, red licorice, and soft autamn bonfire smoke 🔥🍁 #WeAreBimber

#BottleKill of the @whitepeak.bsky.social Temperancebottle from last year. This one was 6 year old STR cask- Strawberry cream chocolate, icing sugar, freshly cracked black pepper. Really enjoyed this one #EnglishWhisky #WireWorks

#blinddrams dot 3 palate: salty smokey toffee, with a tingle on the tongue, and a whack of an almost rye spice lurking in there. Feels quite warm so guessing a decent whack on the ABV scale, water makes it sweeter and brings out some hints of those sugared lemon and orange slices for cakes

#blinddrams dot 3 is like salted butter popcorn on the nose. Coastal notes and hints of caramel digestives round out the nasal palate for me

After a great night in Birmingham for the @spiritofbirmingham.bsky.social launch party, I was really pleased to receive my inaugural bottle today- 10/10 for presentation, it's a really classy package, containing great whisky, clearly made with love!

Having this sample of Redbreast 15cs- the nose is rich with ribeana, Victoria sponge, and musty jacket. On the palate it's lively with strawberry licorice, a thick buttery mouth feel, spearmint, hint of Christmas cake- looking forward to discovering more as it opens up #Redbreast #Whiskey #Irish

@drammorgroup.bsky.social know how to pick a cask. Had a busy week, achieved my goals at a 2 day away day I organised, so obviously it's just the excuse I needed to open this incredible Linkwood -I would highly recommend getting yourself to an event with Kenny, Viktorija, or their team

Thank you @bimberdistillery.bsky.social for this Harmony of 8 release. With a mix of Ex-Bourbon & PX casks at 50% AbV it's got lots of Jam tart on the nose.
On the palate it's thick and sweet, honey over strawberries and yoghurt. A hint of spice towards the back end. #WeAreBimber

Dram 2 of the #BlindDrams tasting is slightly darker in colour with thin oily legs. The nose is like white chocolate and strawberries on shortbread.
