Black pepper, rocket, dried seaweed, agave syrup, corn oil, sunflower oil with burnt chips/ burnt bits in, charcoal, pan scrapings - steak, charred lime,/ bbq chicory with lime, cooked kale, dried kale, cocoa nibs, very dark choc, balsamic reduction, bbq spice rub, anise hint, caught pastry - 28
