Keeper's Heart Irish+ Bourbon Whiskey offers rich, complex notes of caramel, cinnamon, pepper, and oak char. The palate reveals bourbon spices, mint, malt, and biscuits, with water enhancing Irish shortbread, vanilla and nuts. Medium finish, intense oak spice fading to gentle sweetness. Score: 7.5
