A father who enjoys taking photos, having a dram and being with his daughters.
An excellent dram. I started mine two weeks ago and it's already gone.

Unfortunately do remember that by buying from Bimber you are, potentially, financially supporting a criminal as profits are still being reclaimed by his life partner (who is named as an owner on Companies House).

Also, feel free to challenge the loud 'moral' voices of social media who know it's going on and don't challenge them.

Going to the Winchester and waiting for it to all blow over?!

Unfortunately until Bimber are more transparent about the previous owner and how much money he is taking from the business I don't feel comfortable supporting them.

This is why I have an "idiot savings" account. £150 in there on the 1st Jan. Currently I have £18 left due to a fixed phone screen, a parking fine and a broken chair (don't ask).

Bimber remain a worrying company to support, financially.

Your hard earnt money is, potentially, supporting a criminal.

Ahh, the Bridesmaids.

That'll be Mike Fisher. He's the sales guy and quite a good laugh. Sorren is more relaxed and gets extra points for being a Spurs fan 😂

That'll be absolutely superb. Do you know who's running it?
October 24, 2025 at 6:42 PM
I can see who is running but that doesn't always correlate to who is taking money from the business.

Hence my question to @bimberdistillery.bsky.social and/or @thewhiskywire.bsky.social

He's definitely guilty of a few offences (mainly relating to leaving the country, fraud etc) even if the original charges are not pursued.

And where is the press release to say his wife / brother are still involved? I'd like to have a read of that as, clearly, I haven't done so.

Good question. I hope for some transparency, from the business, as to where money from customers is going.
September 20, 2025 at 12:09 PM
Whilst I agree there is loads more whisky I'm not sure why people suggest turning a blind eye.

It's not a bother for me to keep asking the question and seeking an answer. My frustration is the lack of transparency.
September 20, 2025 at 10:44 AM
I don't feel that stepping away without an answer is appropriate.

If money is given to a company they have a responsibility to show honesty and integrity.

Too many people turn a blind eye, take favours, don't do due diligence and it continues to damage the whisk(e)y industry.
