You cannot find safe harbor in someone else's joy for long.

Your journey is to find your own joy and nurture it, not to mimic and act as if their joy is yours.

Collect stamps, generate inspiration, and then set sail to find what makes you happy.

Stop following ancient star maps that were inaccurate long before your north star was ever born.

Follow your course, arrive at your port, live your life.

Do not snuff the flames of creativity out as if it were an act of mercy.

It is misguided control at best, and terribly maladaptive at worse.
