As reported last week, we can confirm that DOGE has entered the NLRB’s operations and detailed multiple employees to the Agency. We do not know yet what their intentions are.

Despite the extreme pressure this administration is bringing to bear, we remain steadfastly opposed to the “fork” scam.

Late last night, with about 15 minutes notice to the Union, the NLRB’s HR sent an email adopting the terms of the forked-up resignation scam. HR also provided us a contract that appears to be drafted by AI or LegalZoom. As labor lawyers, we’re happy to go over this in detail. 🧵
