In March, we vote on ending unconstitutional marriage tax penalty. If it passes, nothing will be standing in the way of me and partner getting married this year. Might go ahead and book the wedding in that case.

Sister getting married on Wednesday. Going to be her wedding photographer (she doesn't know or care). Also booked her post wedding lunch (again, my own initiative). Afterwards, booked myself a spa :)

I was always an extremely picky child. But it was only as an adult that I realized it had almost nothing to do with taste. There are just certain textures I can't deal with.

It's become a kind of ritual before every absence of a week or more. Before, we try to eat everything in our house and after, we do a big online shop to refill. When done right, it is immensely satisfying.

Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.
I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.
