Since then, I've watched Sparq tank.
Glassdoor reviews slammed them.
They let go of more American workers and replaced them with cheaper overseas labor. The pay is even worse now than it was when I was there — and it was already bad.

I forced two raises and still wasn’t paid equally.
Eventually HR tried to shut me up. “Board members” showed up. Then, when our contract ended, they laid us all off.
