I agree with all this, especially the EC. There’s a reason no other democracy adopted that. I still don’t know how you make breaking existing law more illegal though. The orange bafoon breaks existing laws daily and is never held accountable

I agree we need to update some things. He violates laws that already exist though so I’m not sure how you update the constitution to make things more illegal. I’m open to it. Maybe something like if you violate the law as an elected rep, your automatically dismissed of duty?? Idk
