Had a total of 590 participants with 246 new registrations across the year👏👋
Our finish line was crossed 2,445 times 🏃♀️🏃🏻♂️➡️
There were 67 different volunteers totalling 816 volunteer occasions ❤️🙌
We collected Toys for the Riverside Church Xmas charity 🎄
See you in 2026 🙏

Santa took time out from his busy schedule to pay a visit to Whitstable junior parkrun today. Unfortunately, all his helper Elves were busy, so our wonderful volunteers stepped in to help with handing out the sweets that he brought with him 🎅🎄

31 children decided to be active with us this morning and our amazing volunteers cheered them all the way!

Whitstable junior school became our first sign-up to parkrun Primary. Parkrun are inviting schools across the UK to join the mission and become a parkrun primary, and support young people’s health and wellbeing through the weekend with junior parkrun.

Seeing 47 young athletes this morning, supported by our amazing volunteer team, got me thinking that one of the best things about junior parkrun is that it’s always there for you and your children – same place, same time, every weekend. Come and join us!

It was a bit chilly yesterday morning after the mini heatwave of the past week. That didn't stop 69 young athletes from joining us, including 12 first timers.
