USA Today is publishing that Schumer is voting to pass the funding. They state he defends his decision because Trump will keep a shutdown for months and he gets to cherry pick the agencies to open and or keep open during the shutdown. Schumer is urging democrats to pass it too.

My 15 yr old is terrified of flying. I accompany him on a 4 hour flight to visit his dad. His dad has been trying to convince him he can fly alone to save money flying home with him. Now I’m starting to get scared of flying especially if AI and Elon are involved.

I had some considerations to do so as well. This administration continues to financially punish us and reward only the 1%. With that said, I have no doubts they would expedite and enforce the authority the IRS has and foreclose on your property, if you own a home. It could be the next grift.

I have not heard of the invite. However, I have heard that they have stated (not sure if it was “official”) they were not interested in accepting.
If this is true, I anticipate not only will there not be an invite…I anticipate an official non invite.
