HAPPY FIRST FRIDAY! In honor of POP Princeton's first First Friday, our bakers made Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. Made with rhubarb from Terhune Orchards (picked up yesterday at the Princeton Farmers' Market) this seasonal favorite is a celebration of the start of Jersey summer produce.
