Jayce kept the bindings on his wings tight and his gala smile always at the ready. Picture perfect. But underneath this facade he's terrified he won't be good enough to take Hextech as far as it needs to go. With Viktor relying on him to be the public face of Hextech the pressure on him only gets worse. And his inconvenient feelings for his lab partner have his avian instincts threatening his self-control.

My understanding is that there is no fee on top of tariffs but the tariff fee can end up being a flat rate of $80 instead of a percentage. So I think whoever wrote this article had a slight misunderstanding of how that's going to work now.
Starting August 29, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time, previously tariff-exempt de minimis packages, with the exception of international postal shipments, will be subject to the same duties, taxes, fees, exactions, and charges as shipments of any other value. International postal shipments will be subject to either a percentage duty equal to the IEEPA tariff rate of the country of origin, or a flat tariff of $80 (for countries with an effective IEEPA tariff rate less than 16%), $160 (for countries with an effective IEEPA tariff rate between 16-25%, inclusive), or $200 (for countries with an effective IEEPA rate above 25%). These tariffs do not apply to international postal shipments that are personal communications not involving any transfer of anything of value, donations, or informational materials. The tariff rate set by this methodology will also apply to packages and international postal shipments from China (including Hong Kong) starting at that time.

Viktor stumbled slightly backwards in surprise as the merman rose up out of the water in front of him, using his large arms to hold him up above the surface. Viktor flinched as water splashed his face and across his chest. But when he reopened his eyes, the merman was holding himself up out of the water balanced on his hands. His ear fins were spread wide pointing out from his head in a display that could be indicative of interest or aggression, if not for the clearly non-aggressive body language he was displaying. Viktor waited there for a moment. Keeping still as he assessed the situation. He'd studied Merfolk for years, but it was rare that they were seen outside of their natural habitat in the ocean. And there'd certainly never been one at the aquarium where he worked.
