In most places if a structure, such as unjustifiable ballroom that is turning into a money pit is erected without the requisite vetting and process before construction (or destruction) begins that structure can be torn down easily and without objection. Applies to razing buildings too. Hint. Hint.

We've been through this drill before and apparently learned nothing. We cannot allow failing companies to just walk away from their debts under the circumstances.
