Being gen x means that I can have actual, valid disdain at the bagger’s choice to speed run “Fable” but said bagger’s response to my disdain is “oh, it’s just techno-babble”. Implication “ya old geezer”. I’m so gonna shove my cane (once I get one) right up your ass youngster!

The biggest & most insidious Madison Ave lie of all time? That soaking in Calgon works, taken orally or intravenously maybe, but definitely not soaking. You end up looking like a poorly cared for prune. Who needs that?

If how a person states their point of view makes you not listen, odds are you didn’t care about what they had to say anyway. #efficient makes you not have to think unfamiliar and/or uncomfortable thoughts. Time you can better spend praying, judging & putting women & the gays in their place.

Unintentionally, it’s become an Alan Rickman themed “is this a Christmas movie?” marathon. Starting with “Die Hard” which I haven’t watched since the controversy, followed by “Love Actually” which I think is the “White Christmas” of 21st century & now on to “Harry Potter & the Sorcerer’s Stone”
