As a 60 something myself I would think she is young enough 😆 and personally I think playing experience at a high level is very important, and she has that in bucketloads.

She’s arguably better qualified than Jonas was when we appointed him. Who else is available of the Hayes/Wiegman/Bompastor standard that could be possibly considered a substantial upgrade?
