It’s the stigma around mental health, unfortunately. So many just brush it aside or ignore it when it is such a legitimate thing. Mental health impacts one as much as physical health does, and more need to understand that.

Capitalism has fried people's brains so much they think they're only of deserving of existing if they're producing something. You do not have to do fucking anything to be in a space. You are not a leech. Enjoy yourself and interact with those around you. You are contributing just by existing.
