None of these public trees are located within the proposed building footprint. They will be removed merely for temporary site access. The removal of these public trees for private development contradicts Baltimore City’s stated commitments to sustainability, resilience, and equitable development.

I must've missed when the narrator was named in the intro, because I was DELIGHTED to discover this during the credits. at one point, it sounds like "the narrator" is smiling as they read a sentence and it made me so happy to hear and know that "the narrator" was pleased, too. but lo and behold!
