yet its housing prices are less than half of San Francisco's. To say that the quality is comparable to that of the Japanese is a joke. Therefore, I think Newsom should at least lower housing prices by $100 before he can even consider running for president.

Trump's trade war was a direct influence, but the approval process for building a building in California and the involvement of unrelated parties in lawsuits are policies and laws that Newsom should be addressing. Tokyo is one of the places with the most limited land in the world,

Politics is a gray area, and most of the time, elections are about choosing the lesser of two evils. I certainly think Trump is the worst of the bunch, but wasn't Nero even worse in history? Of course, a governor doesn't directly control prices,

We've always felt incredibly proud and great when we study the US Constitution and system, but now I think the Republic of Venice was actually quite good; it hadn't had a tyrant or a mob leader for over a thousand years.
