I just accepted them and was constantly falling into negative thought spirals. Text reads: Even if you're not ready to believe the opposite of what you think about yourself, or the middle-ground between good and bad... Just pausing and thinking it through (considering what the opposite would be) can derail a negative thought spiral from starting.
