It's such a good way to learn the birds. Even cooler when you go back and hear the same birds again - it's their living room you just walked through, they live there. They'll be there tomorrow too, go say hi!

24xx is great for what it is. I really, really like it.

For me though, I need more horizontal progression baked into the system. While the FKR approach of do it to do it is great, I want to see the characters grow in fun ways and use the new tools to do new things. So yeah, system matters a bit.

Many systems have built in methods for player fudging - meta currency. Most don't have a GM meta currency, although some like Coriolis have doom points. If the system doesn't have it, don't do it!
