ICE is not a legitimate law enforcement agency. We have no idea who these vigilantes even are. What are their backgrounds? What qualified them for this kind of job? Do they have a criminal background?

we don’t honestly know who these guys are. They could’ve been recruited from a hate group or a band of militia. I’m assuming these are the worst of the worst kind of people.
