Did you know that Black Pearl are one of the very few hybrid mushrooms you'll find? It's true!
It's a cross between two different Pleurotus species - the King Trumpets (P. eryngii) and a Pearl Oyster (P. ostreatus).
One of our favorite species to grow! 🍄❤️
