I read this quote somewhere “Everywhere is walking distance if you have the time” & it made me giggle. My husband jokes I’d just keep walking clear across town if he’d let me. I love walking, when the weather is good. It clears my mind & is so healthy for you. And it’s free, just step outside.

11k+ steps today! It’s been tough hitting 10k, but I’ve been walking twice a day when I can. Even on the days I don’t hit that number, I feel the difference—more energy, better mood, and clothes fitting better. It’s adding up!

This isn’t an ad for Dutch Bros 😂, it’s just me walking and enjoying my coffee. It is the one ritual that feels good every-time. The morning sun, the fresh air, the coolness in the air before the afternoon heat arrives, a good cup of coffee and movement. It wakes me up and sets me up for my day.
