Very odd movie, not bad but very unexpected in many ways. The whole part with Ralph Fiennes was strange and unsettling but also weirdly comforting. The last few minutes were totally bonkers.

Weaker than the original but still a lot of fun, mostly due to the cast chemistry and Chu's virtuosity. Main weakness is trying to explain its tricks too much, which I feel the first movie avoided. Looking forward to #3.
