Potter has a pancake die similar to that, saw it last year but figured it would be just as easy to saw it out.

Feral cats that are caught, then neutered or spayed, and then released have one of their ears snipped on the end to that everybody know they've been fixed. Maybe cut the rest of the tip off and capitalize on that.... Just a thought ♥
