Dang, if I had to think back it was the US Final Fantasy 2, or 4 in reality. I remember being so young I didn't know you WEREN'T supposed to attack Dark Knight Cecil when becoming a Paladin because I didn't know what 'sheathe your sword' meant.

They weren't slow, maybe two days? But when you're eager to play something, any time can be agonizingly slow.

My time with them was rough because they kept sending me discs that were flat out unreadable with how scratched they were. Not their fault and they were super cool about it, it was just super inconvenient. :(
