I think most of us left wingers feel the same. Despite our concerns, reservations and in some cases our downright disgust for what Starmer has become, we are all wishing for him to rediscover his decency and integrity.

Even the non politically engaged sectors of society can sense it.

It isn't just SEND that needs an overhaul. The whole education system is desperate for change.
We need to include basic economic and political understanding in the curriculum.
A review of the history syllabus wouldn't hurt either. Less medieval kings and more working class heroes.
