Its been the same result for years. Lost playoff games in same fashion annually. His defense routinely lost leads late after offense took lead late. 13 seconds was the first sign of what was to come. And he never rectified those same issues.

Because its been 3rd string defense with him every year. Late playoff leads blown almost every time. His defense never showed up when needed them most.
