Incredible news: My short story "Water Slide" has been chosen to be included in Easton Tales' "Stolen" anthology. The aim is for it to be out by Halloween. Be sure to pick it up to read my story of a messed-up water park and a young woman's stolen childhood.

Really proud to say that I've been published in my first professional magazine. You can find it linked below! It's a scary romp across the Atlantic Ocean as archaeologists and showmen try and transport a sea monster to England.

I've split my portfolio in two to better detail my experience in both fields. If anyone you know is looking for a premium writer or for someone to work on a set, send them to the link in my bio! I'm eager to be working more and would love to learn and practice my skills.

What do you folks do when you have characters and a setting you adore but you haven't thought of the story yet? Do you just sit on it and think, do you have exercises that help the story come, or do you make them in Baldur's Gate 3 and see what comes to you?

I tend to get a lot of my stories back from magazines within days of each other so I always start resubmitting them on the same day and, almost an hour or two later, I've come to the conclusion I should stop doing that

Rereading The Lord of the Rings and I forgot how quickly Gollum escapes Rivendell. Aragorn's like "yeah we caught him" and then someone's like "actually we have terrible news." That's an Arrested Development bit in the genre-defining epic.

Editing the first draft of my first-ever novel (3 years in the making!) and I’m laughing at how different (and not great) my first chapter is from the rest of the story. Plot threads I dropped, side plots I definitely should’ve developed. It’s like an incredibly awkward old friend
