The right thing to do here is fire everyone and then himself. Same for the ATF and DEA. Throw in the IRS for good measure.

If you are saying that without the federal government a state or a private entity couldn't do those things, that's kind of nuts. States do lots of things. They could work together to do those specific things. We don't need this federal monstrosity. We certainly don't need their wars.

I think you assume that we require the federal government to have smaller states and governments at a local level. We don't. We may need a loose affiliation between the states that can be orders of magnitude smaller that what we currently have. That is what I am proposing.

So, if you put a button in front of me that would forever shutter the entire federal government, before you could give me any more information, I'd get blisters hitting the button.

Having said that, I'd settle for ending all of the wars including the drug war and anything that isn't mandatory.

What would you prefer to happen? I'm seriously asking.
