I thought they lost that battle? They have applied to add 5 more Apts. in the basement. They only have a 16"x12" sign far from the road that you can't read. There is absolutely no parking available on the streets.

Pretty tough with the Tariffs, if he could he would and he will just give him time. Every time someone gets a raise, price increases to follow.
