Went back to NYC for the first time after my first few years in PDX. Very fun to notice obvious and non-obvious diffs. Most unusual experience was sitting at a stumptown coffee (‼️) while 5 hedge fund managers talked about what Blockchain funds they were investing in, like gossipy school children.

Never used twitter, heard bluesky is more apolitical. I'm an M.D. turned health tech product manager / engineer. I like to build things and pontificate.
