Today is the day lottery winners picked to race the (KKNSTR) Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run. Think it is long to watch this 50 km race route, try running it! H. Bay up to Cypress, down to Grouse (1/2), then "only" 25 km left to Deep Cove. MORE volunteers than racers. I hope I win a spot too!

Excited to see this Canadian enthusiasm for our own products become a sociable process as people are chatty about what is local. It can bring us together & get all to realise our quality of life can depend on supporting OUR economy. I hope people can stop buying amazon outright, but small steps...
