Life threatening conditions will begin in the next 24hrs across Jamaica where a hurricane warning is now in effect!

This storm has the potential to be devastating to much of the Caribbean but Jamaica especially. Melissa should be taken extremely seriously!

Localized flooding (especially in areas adjacent to creaks and streams) remains possible through Tuesday morning downstream of the Bighorn and Pryor mountains.

We are officially above average for snowfall in Billings this year! It was a slow start but February quickly got us back to average.
