You're probably OK. Google seems to only not want users to commercialize scans of public domain images. HathiTrust has some Google-specific guidance here that distinguishes "scholarly" from "commercial" use: www.hathitrust.org/the-collecti...

That old? Public domain worldwide. The only possible restriction would be if you were directly lifting somebody's proprietary digitizations, but there can be no restriction on the content of the tables regardless of how you accessed it.
