It's so weird. Multi and centi billionaires who wouldn't miss a billion from their fortunes act as though someone was taking a prized toy from them. I just don't understand greed on that scale.

These are contracts for deed . They are deeply unfair. The contract holder will foreclose for any alleged breach and throw the family out. Then, resell under the same terms without doing anything to fix issues. Im a retired atty. I saw these being used extensively in east st. Louis by slumlords.
