Take a rasbery pi 5 (8gb ram tho) it's only 100 dollars and you can slap a 512gb micro SD card on it and a fat hard drive by USB. I did that and it works well and fast it even acts as a server for other stuff

In a game generally if there's no story and no clear objective in the 15 first minutes (never happened in a single game that I know except portal 1) it's a red flag, it's gonna be boring af
