I read that her ad spend for the last week of campaigning absolutely dwarves DT - my guess is they feel that once policy lines are drawn, it’s about the 2 individuals? As you say, trump is so fickle and useless on policy, it’ll only work so far…

Totally true! but I would reference that Harris HAS to not be seen to lose the debate. If she did, then she’s no better than Biden. That we and her are here, is testament to the huge balls up by the Dems - they created a situation where trump can legitimately just turn up and chat breeze

This seems like a fundamentally reasonable piece of legislation, that will benefit people, communities and cities. Perhaps landlords could consider demonstrating that they understand their role in providing homes, not commodities? bsky.app/profile/anto...
If you rent your home privately, if the new law announced today passes - and it will - then your tenancy will become permanent, not fixed-term, and you will be able to give notice to leave when it suits you.

This will be massive for renting families - able to stay near the kids’ schools
