In his eyes I saw his personality & that - of course - just like us, all animals have a desire & right to live & be as free as possible. He was my spiritual teacher.

I’ve always accredited him with being the one who helped me to go vegan because getting to know him immediately changed some perspective & forced me to better align my actions to my values & see the personhood in every animal, not just some.

He was able to see the ocean, hear the waves crash, experience the beach sand &even the white sands of NM! He got to prowl around the desert like a tiny lion, climb on the giant redwoods of the forest & bunnyhop through the grass. He got to smell so many smells & he put smiles on many peoples faces.
