Message Board I made for some friends. I used PLA filament, matte black and white with silk silver and gold. This is attempt number five, three failed on the first layer, one was muddy af. One catastrophic filament glob that we don’t talk about, it was that bad.

I have a two pronged strategy to manage my PETG waste. Supports, failed prints, primer strips all go into a bag and then the recycle bin.
The poop however, goes into this cute glass jug. My daughter and I are using it for a living art project. Here’s the progress so far!

My daughter asked me to make this case for her, since the one she ordered on Amazon “looks like crap and I hate it”. TPU for the case and PETG for the color chips and brush. The fit is perfect and the buttons are easy to reach. Only took three attempts!

Struggling with a 3D printing dilemma. I’m trying to embed a pair of these washers (1-1/4” galvanized, about 76mm dia) inside a product. The problem I’m having is that the filament doesn’t want to stick to the washers once they’re in place. I’ve already tried heating them & they are clean. Thoughts?

New product hitting the store soon! Portable pool cue holder, for tables and counters without a built-in option. Measures about 6”x5”x1-5/8”. Sits nicely without tipping and no need for an adhesive to keep it in place. Check us out at www.brushfactoryprinting.com for more!

Fighting with color bleeding today. Top is an early attempt from a week or so, bottom is this morning. Both are 0.2 layer height with a 0.4 nozzle. Debating on trying again (4th or 5th try) using a 0.2 nozzle & 0.05 layer height for a 27 hr print or just redesign.

Well, it didn’t take long but the bots and scum are showing up here as well as any other platform. Just had a woman offering to give away lottery winnings, quick search and boom, scam. They’re reported but here’s a snap for reference.

This is the second revision, then I made tests for versions 3, 4, and 5 to find the smoothest fit. The A1 (Diana Prince) is currently working on an order for three of them!

This is a snap of a topo map of Everest someone else has done. It may be difficult to see in the picture, but you can expect to see the layer lines as the elevation increases. While I can manipulate the layers to make them less noticeable, you may still see or feel them somewhat.
