This is a screenshot of a product in a print farm shop on Etsy, and there are hundreds of print farms on Etsy that do this. Etsy doesn't 'require' any quality assurance from people as long as they get their exorbitant fees paid at the end of the day.

To learn as an adult that this scene wasn't rotoscoped made me even more insane. Keane was really on something special when he was working on this scene, considered it his magnum opus in some regards. He's just sooooo good with making the human body move and look lifelike while being a cartoon.
